2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

• If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong product, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery.

• To process a claim, you must provide:

1. Your order number.

2. Clear photos or a video showing the damage or the incorrect item received.

3. A photo of the shipping label on the original packaging.

• Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement to be sent at no extra cost or issue a full refund.

3. Shipping Issues

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe,  please contact us and we will investigate the issue with the shipping carrier.

Incorrect Address

Pure Fixora is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address entered at checkout. Please double-check all shipping details before placing your order.

4. Refunds

At Pure Fixora, we do not offer refunds once an order has been processed or delivered.

Due to the nature of our beauty and personal care products, all sales are final.
